人的確是一個大問題。<BR/>所謂「十年樹本，百年樹人」，最高領導層有沒有好好地用人，是一門大學問。<BR/>不過我相信山頭的出現也是老闆的責任。從系統管理的角度看，<BR/>高層的工作是佈局（Shape the organization）<BR/>中層的工作是串連及統籌（Manage the interactions and coordinations）<BR/>前線的工作是實務運作（perform the technical work）<BR/>假如佈局不當，出現山頭是在所難免。

你開這個題... 真有太多的例子了, 果句"我以為..."在公司經常重複聽到. 同時盲點也成了溝通障礙 (the listener does not have the same knowledge/perception as the speaker), 所以成日好似講極人家都唔明.
